My sister’s crap keeps showing up in the Zune program as albums, and I don’t want them there as they’re cluttering up the album page and they suck. Only problem is that when i delete the albums the files get deleted too. How do I prevent this?

If you right click on an album and click "delete", there should be a pop-up that says:

"If your sync settings for this media type are set to ‘items I choose,’ removing this item from your collection also removes it from any linked device with which you’ve synced it. Are you sure you want to delete ‘__X Album__’?
-Keep file(s) but remove from collection
-Delete file(s) and remove from collection"

So basically I think you need to go into Settings>device>sync options> and choose "items I choose".
If you don’t have a Zune try the Software>General>Warning messages> and click "reset warning messages" button.

If it doesn’t just move your sister’s files to a different location where the Zune program won’t notice it/add it to Zune library.

Please use iTunes or similar legal buy-a-download site, unless you are about to download copyright-FREE music (most of that belongs to the classical music category and the music you are after is NOT in this category). Most music like that you are after is copyrighted, so it is actually illegal to download/share/torrent it for free unless the copyright owners allow free download. I very much doubt you would work for 30+ years without getting paid anyway, so please respect the artists and buy the music, because there are no good excuses for stealing.

What would you all personally want to see in an music blog? What would you want to read when looking things up about certain songs? Anyone who can offer a bit of advice would be amazing! Thanks very much

Awesome rock music.

I think its Black Holes. The Resistance is definitely a forward thinking and progressive album (and I don’t mean the genre) but I feel like they kind of either lost their edge or decided to tone it down. Its an amazing album, nonetheless.
As for BH&R, I mean its just the best. The album, beginning to end, and the amazing performances that followed in support. Any opinions?

My favorite Muse album is Black Holes.

Like Queen before it, Muse made the move from ornate, orchestral glam to a grab bag of genres—the transition happening between 2003’s grandiloquent Absolution and 2006’s scattered Black Holes And Revelations. Perhaps predictably, the band splits the difference on The Resistance. The album’s opening track, “Uprising,” kicks the door down with a high-heeled bass riff that echoes everything from Gary Glitter to, frighteningly enough, Fall Out Boy’s “I Don’t Care.” But Matthew Bellamy’s laser-beam guitar and “We Are The Champions”-esque lyrics leave no fist unraised. From there, the group continues to avoid most of its Absolution-era sprawl in favor of more chiseled, punchy anthems—although there’s plenty of prog flag-waving here and there, and Bellamy remains the world’s most convincing Thom Yorke understudy, at least for those who can picture Yorke with a smile of unabashed triumph on his lips. The band’s embrace of science fiction and the baroque has never served it better, even as the disc’s descent into disco, French pop, and full-on symphonic superheroism gets a bit giggle-inducing. Still, Muse—like Freddie Mercury and crew—know that great pop tunes are the sugar that cuts the pungency of pomp and pretension. And on The Resistance, the group shows it can turn a night at the opera into a daytrip to Candyland.
