Then save it on your computer. Open it in paint, and using the pencil (make it wider) write ‘HOT MESS’. Since writing with a mouse is a bit hard, it will come out a bit shakey, which is okay because it sorta looks like that in the picture.
You can use a Sharpie, but right when you close your mouth, the black will go all over your teeth and tongue.

The girl had it tattooed on her bottom lip. If you stry write on your lip it will just come off.
