If you went to a nightclub one night and the DJ allowed someone to pick one CD to play for everyone to dance to, which album would you choose and why?
For me, I would pick the Swordfish soundtrack by Paul Oakenfold. I liked the movie and I like Trance music. Paul Oakenfold is becoming one of my favorite artists.

best single ever created.
for copyright rules, if you already have paid for and have possession of the song once why can’t you download a shared-MP3?
any references to quote as backup?
Im pretty sure yes.
This band I love says they’re releasing their first album on itunes. What’s the difference between an album and a CD.
I’m aware that buying it on itunes doesn’t get me either, but I was just wondering.
Don’t say "One’s big and black and ones small and silver." That’s not going to help me.
Thanks!
There is no difference. It’s just a matter of preference. Some people like to say album, some people like to say CD.

I was recently asked by a small band to design an album cover and shirt designs for them. Since they are up and coming, they won’t be able to pay me right now (but they are friends of friends, so it’s okay as far as trust). What’s a fair price to ask for this? Would I ask for a percentage of each cd sold or just one fee? I don’t know how most artist’s go about this as I’ve never worked with a band before. Thanks for any advice!
Artist usually make a contract-a written document, with specifics. Specifics about the number of illustrations (if the illustrations are b/w or color), payment, dates, copyrights, etc.

I have the CD "Metallica" (Black Album) by the band Metallica which includes Enter Sandman and all of those. I notice that the sound is sort of quiet, even though I turn up the volume more. Does this happen to everyone, and do you think this album should be remastered? I have the version with the black cover and black CD released in 1991
Nah, although my person opinion of that CD is that it killed the Metallica I grew up with in the 80’s, it was a very well-produced, mixed and mastered album. everything is pretty clear and balanced.
So i hav a iPod nano 3rd generation the square 1 and i mostly get all my songs from CDs. How do you put the cover artwork.? Can you? if you can plz tell me how! =]
I know some CD’s automatically do this when adding the songs into iTunes if you’re connected to the internet. If not, you’re going to have to search Google for the album name. You then right click your mouse on the image and click copy. Next, go to iTunes, select the song, go to file-> get info. Tab over to Artwork then click into the box and paste it there.
The song Pasalacqua… what album or single or compilation is it off? Because I have all of their cds except 1,000 Hours and Kerplunk! and it isn’t on any of them :/
help please?

1,039 Smoothed Out/Slappy Hours. (It’s a compilation of the 39/Smooth, 1000 Hours, and Slappy EPs)
Here we go again, infatuation touches me just when I thought that it would end…
I personally prefer Kerplunk!
