Even the biggest pop star in the world right now Lady Gaga only sold over 3 million.
Back then Michael Jackson went Diamond (10x million).
Is this going to continue?

Michael jackson sold so many records cause so many people all over the world loved his music. Nobody in the music buisness today is ever gonna sell that many as copies as MJ because their music is not as widespread. And its not gonna carry on for generations like Michael did. The music today is so different then the music from the past. A factor that will also decrease cd sales is the fact people steal music all the time and that didnt happen in the past.

I don’t know why Japan has special editions. I’ve known many albums to be like that.

Anyway, for the first Harry Potter films, the distributors felt that ‘Philosopher’s’ would confuse people in the non-UK countries to sound more like something to do with academics, so they changed it to ‘Sorcerer’s’ instead just to give the fantasy flavour.

Because it can be faster than ripping a CD.

Faster is irrelevant legally and ethically, but that’s a pretty harsh approach. In your example, it’s really no skin off anyone’s nose if you do, but you would still be on the wrong side of the law. So if you do it, you’re throwing the dice with maybe a million to one odds that you won’t be prosecuted.

I know it exists because the Live DJ-Mix is only on the CD and can’t be downloaded.

My GOD! It didn’t say "da Club". Who is this DJ, and why does he seem like far less of a tool than usual???

Looked around, and seems to only be in mp3 format. Even the CD is an mp3 cd. Guess its just the way he did it. May have too many songs for an audio disk, and is too cheap to pay or multiple cds.

My oldest game disks are from 2004. I look after my things well, the CD albums that sound scratched don’t always sound scratched after i have given them a wipe and they aren’t too old.

In audio CDs, the whole disc is audio.
In games, audio is very small part, and it is in a "loop". After the audio is stored in memory it can play with no errors for the whole game.

For several matters most cd burning software will automatically add the data in alphabetical order, however if you want to burn your tracks in the same order as the original cd album you can try renaming your files (you do’t have to change anything in the name of the track) all you have to do is right before the name add "01-" (that’s right a hyphen to help you separate the track number from the name). go from 01 to 02 and 03, 04 05 etc… depending on how many tracks your cd will have, it may be a little hard to do since you have to do this for all tracks but it works since all cd burning software will start off with the number closer to 0 and part from there.

Yes, you should be able to bring your CDs when you fly to Vietnam. For a review of prohibited items, please see my source. My advice is, if possible, to just transfer the songs to a portable mass storage devise or into an iPod. That way you don’t have to worry about your CDs getting damaged or lost during your travel.
