A State of Trance 2010, out on iTunes April 2nd and available in stores April 9th, is filled with exclusives, remixes and fresh tracks by the likes of Ørjan Nilsen, Andy Moor, Thomas Bronzwaer, Faithless and Arnej. The first CD takes you in with the lush On The Beach theme, while CD 2 boosts your clubbing spirit with In The Club. A State of Trance 2010 owns the formula to get you into that beloved state.

Todays released compilation A State of Trance 2010 by Armin van Buuren impressively entered charts on its first day of release, all over the world. In the United States, Canada, Germany, The Netherlands, Norway, Sweden, Finland and Greece, the album reached a number 1 position in Dance Charts on the main digital download platforms within hours after its official release.
It rocks charts, with firm Top 5 positions in countries such as Australia, Japan and the United Kingdom alike. On social networking website Twitter the A State of Trance brand rapidly became one of the trending topics.
This 7th edition of Armins ASOT compilation series represents all quality trance, progressive and other music ahead and on its way to becoming the future favorites of the dance scene. The remix van Buuren recently made for the new Faithless track, Not Going Home, is included, together with brand new and unreleased tracks from artists as Susana, Ørjan Nilsen and Andy Moor. Since 2 weeks the album was available in an exclusive pre-order on iTunes and previews of all tracks can be listened to on Armada Musics popular YouTube channel. The physical CD will be in stores worldwide next Friday, April 9th. There possibly isnt an album in history that is as genre defining as Nirvanas Nevermind. Released in 1991, it single-handedly was responsible for the birth of what became to be known as grunge and has gone on to sell millions.

Nevermind was the second album from the Seattle trio and the first on the DGC label (its predecessor Bleech was released on the Sub Pop label). It was produced by Butch Vig (also the drummer for the band Garbage)and mixed by Andy Wallace.

Nirvanas surviving members Krist Novoselic (bass) and Dave Grohl (drums) talk candidly about their past, the recording of Nevermind and about Kurt Cobain and the legacy that he has left behind. Also featured are exclusive interviews with the likes of Garry Gersh(A&R DGC Records), Butch Vig, Jonathan Ponneman and Nils Bernstein(Sub Pop Records), Thurston Moore(Sonic Youth), Jack Endino and many more.
