Part One of a series of behind-the-scenes looks at The Strokes recording their fourth LP. Filmed by the band members – narrated by Richard Priest

The Strokes have released a ‘behind the scenes’ video showing the band working on their new album, and you can see it by scrolling down.

Featuring the New York group in Manhattan’s Avatar Studios, the 9-minute film includes the band working on a new song called ‘Taken For A Fool’ with producer Joe Chiccarelli.

Meanwhile earlier today, Julian Casablancas revealed The Strokes will play just two shows this summer.

Casablancas told NME.COM that those will be the band’s only shows before they complete the record, with a September release planned.

“We’re doing two with The Strokes and that’s it for the summer,” he said, adding he would take his solo show on the road again instead. “I’ll do other festivals alone, If they’ll have me!”

It illustrates how Vitalic Flashmob album cover was made. This video clip is an oniric and contemplative journey of a man recreating the 19th century experience of Etienne-Jules Marey on fluid dynamics.

Smoke lines represent the notion of stability, the triangle goes for the disturbance and incidentally for the V of Vitalic. The concept of a flashmob is illustrated here as a result of an intruder perturbating a stable environment.

The Doors were an American rock band formed in 1965 in Los Angeles, California by vocalist Jim Morrison, keyboardist Ray Manzarek, drummer John Densmore, and guitarist Robby Krieger. They were considered a controversial band, due mostly to Morrison’s cryptic lyrics and unpredictable stage persona. After Morrison’s death on July 3, 1971, the remaining members continued as a threesome until disbanding in 1973. Despite a career that barely totaled eight years, The Doors still enjoy a huge cult following as well as status in the mainstream music industry as being hugely influential and original. According to the RIAA, they have sold over 32 million albums in the US alone.
